- You can use Kingsland Cables Online Pay Portal to make a payment with a credit card or a check.
- You will need your current billing statement to sign up for online account access. For security reasons please enter (a) your account number, and (b) your statement account balance.
- It is easy to make your payment online. Just follow the prompts.
HOW ONLINE BILL PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR CHECK WORKS
Payments submitted to the Online Pay Portal are processed by an online banking service which takes 24 hours. Payments are processed by our office on the business day that we receive them. What this means is (for example) that you may pay on Monday, and your payment will be credited on Tuesday when we receive it. Bottom line, it takes a day before we receive your payment from our online banking service. [Also, Weekend/Holiday payments are processed by the online bank the next regular business day.]
ONLINE PAY PORTAL FEES
- $3.00 per transaction convenience fee will be automatically charged for a credit card payment.
- $1.00 per transaction convenience fee will be automatically charged for a business or personal check.
These processing charges are charged by our on line banking service when you pay on line. We do not receive a penny of these fees.
Of course you can avoid the above Online Pay Portal fees by paying as you usually do - directly to our office (more below). Were simply now offering online bill payments for those who have requested it and want to use it.
IMPORTANT IF YOU PAY AT OUR OFFICE, NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
When you pay with a credit card at our Kingsland business office - or if you choose to use your credit card over the phone with our office staff during regular business hours (8am 5pm Mon. thru Fri.) - our bank charges are only 1.6% credit card fee (example - credit card fee on an amount of $50 is only 80 cents). Naturally, when you pay by check in our office or through the mail there is no transaction charge either to you or to us by our bank. All office credit card payments, cash payments, and check payments made to us during our regular business hours are processed by us the same day.
For Accounts that have been disconnected for non-payment and wish to be Reconnected
- You can get reconnected faster and easier by paying directly to our office either in person or over the phone. When you make your payment to our office by credit card, or by check, or with cash, your account is instantly updated, and we can reconnect you quickly.
- If you submit a payment by Online Pay Portal to be reconnection, you must contact our office by phone. Your phone call will alert us that you have paid online for a disconnected account, but we will not receive credit from our online bank until 24 business hours after you pay online. Your service will be restored when your online pay portal payment is received and processed by us.
Kingsland Cable TV will not be responsible for any Online Pay Portal transaction errors you make.
Information that you enter when paying online is only used for the processing of your payment and will not be shared with any third parties.
